Air Fryer Quick Guide

Air fryers are just small, compact convection ovens where hot air is circulated around the food and drawn down into the bottom of the pan and up again by the force of an internal fan. The benefit of the air fryer is that it reduces the oil used during frying resulting in an outside that is crispier, and a deliciously moist inside. Additionally, it is easier to prepare healthier foods without the additional calories and fat that come from deep frying.
