4 cups cubed watermelon
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 tsp. traditional balsamic vinegar - or some of my favorites are our Honey Balsamic Vinegar or Sweet White Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup crumbled feta
½ tsp. Coarse Black Pepper
Pinch of salt
4 cups of arugula or spring mix salad greens
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except feta and arugula. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Arrange arugula on plate and top with watermelon, sprinkle feta on and enjoy.
