Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp Avocado or mild flavored Olive Oil
1/4 cup beer - pale ale or lager is best
1 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp Spanish Pimentón de la Vera Sweet Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Kosher Flake Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Hickory Smoked Black Peppercorns
Directions:
Whisk all the dry ingredients with the beer and honey thoroughly in a small bowl and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and lightly brush with oil.
Prepare medium heat grill.
Place the chicken on the grill.
Grill the first side for 2-3 minutes then turn. Brush the seared side of the chicken with the glaze.
After 2 minutes turn the chicken over.
Repeat this process with all the chicken breasts for 6-8 turns or until the chicken reads 165° F (74° C) in the thickest part of the breast.
Remove and brush the chicken with the remaining glaze, serve immediately.
