We love to support other local businesses and Reno is full of excellent microbreweries. Make sure to check out the map of Reno Breweries on https://www.visitrenotahoe.com/brewery-map/ If you aren't with us here in Reno you can go to the Brewers Association at https://www.brewersassociation.org/directories/breweries/ and put in your state for a list of breweries near you. There are a staggering 53 breweries listed in Nevada alone!

1/4 cup beer - pale ale or lager is best
1 tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1 teaspoon Spanish Pimentón de la Vera Sweet Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Kosher Flake Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Hickory Smoked Black Peppercorns
Whisk all the dry ingredients with the beer and honey thoroughly in a small bowl and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and lightly brush with oil. Place the chicken on a medium heat grill. Grill the first side for 2-3 minutes then turn. Brush the seared side of the chicken with the glaze. After 2 minutes turn the chicken over. Repeat this process with all the chicken breasts for 6-8 turns or until the chicken reads 165° F in the thickest part of the breast.
