Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts
1 tablespoon Avocado or mild flavored Olive Oil
1/4 cup beer - pale ale or lager is best
1 tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1 teaspoon Spanish Pimentón de la Vera Sweet Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Kosher Flake Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Hickory Smoked Black Peppercorns
Directions:
Whisk all the dry ingredients with the beer and honey thoroughly in a small bowl and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and lightly brush with oil. Place the chicken on a medium heat grill. Grill the first side for 2-3 minutes then turn. Brush the seared side of the chicken with the glaze. After 2 minutes turn the chicken over. Repeat this process with all the chicken breasts for 6-8 turns or until the chicken reads 165° F in the thickest part of the breast.
Remove and brush the chicken with the remaining glaze, serve immediately.
