A perfect blend of sweet and sour, this balsamic vinegar will bring back childhood memories of blueberry syrup on pancakes, but with a tart, gourmet flourish. The overall flavor profile is enhanced by a subtle undertone of cloves. We love it on steaks, venison, duck or pork. It is great as a stand-alone glaze on salmon, and in endless combinations of salad dressings and desserts. It gives a nice kick to fruit salads. It is made by blending balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, with natural flavors.

Ingredients: Concentrated White Grape Must, White Wine Vinegar, Concentrated White Grape Juice, flavor. No artificial flavorings, thickening agents, caramel nor additives added. May contain sulfites.

Storage Conditions - To maximize the shelf life of balsamic vinegar, keep the bottle tightly sealed after opening. Properly stored, balsamic vinegar will generally stay at best quality for about 3 years, but will stay safe indefinitely. Make sure you keep your vinegars in a closed dark bottle, in a cabinet away from sources of heat like your stove. Refrigeration is not necessary.

GMO Status - This product does not contain genetically engineered ingredients.
Vegan Status - This product does not contain any animal derived products including meat, milk, seafood, eggs, honey or bone char.

    This is one of my all time favorite balsamic vinegars--wonderfully sweet and rich blackberry flavor, pairs really well with butter olive oil or any herbaceous olive oil. Perfect for salad dressings! Very impressed by the quality of these vinegars.
