Chili-Lime Sweet Potato Chips

2 Large Sweet Potatoes, washed and dried
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Lime Juice Powder
1 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes


Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Use mandoline to slice sweet potatoes to desired thickness. Gently toss sweet potatoes with oil to coat, and spread on lined baking sheet. Stir together Chili Powder, Lime Juice Powder and sea salt in small bowl, and lightly sprinkle over sweet potato slices.

Bake sweet potatoes for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through baking. Slices should be just beginning to brown. Check frequently to ensure smaller slices are not burning.

Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
