This traditional Cuban pork recipe is very simple, yet packed with tons of flavor with an amazing crust.

Place the pork, oil and Cuban Mojo Blend in a large zip bag and squeeze out the excess air. Turn to thoroughly coat pork with oil and seasoning. Refrigerate 2 to 8 hours.
Heat a grill to a high temperature. Place the pork on the grill and do not move it. Allow the pork to roast on the grill and get smoky. After 3-4 minutes when the pork gives way roll it over a quarter and repeat waiting.
Continue until all the sides of the pork are charred. Remove to a cutting board and cover with aluminum foil. Wait 8 minutes before cutting.
Alternatively you quickly sear on all sides over medium high heat and transfer to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 6.
