Curbside Pickup Information
CURB SIDE PICKUP FOR LOCAL ORDERS AT OUR RETAIL LOCATION IN NORTHERN NEVADA
Here are a few points about Curbside Pickup to insure you have the best experience possible:
- If you have symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attempt a pickup.
- Orders must be placed on-line BEFORE arriving. No substitutions, changing or adding to orders can take place once you arrive.
- Please put in your shipping address even though you are picking up as you must progress though the tabs to get to the shipping selection.
- In the shipping tab choose curbside pickup.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. Make sure your email address is correct or you will not get the notification.
- We will not be taking orders by phone or at the door and do not have the ability to take payments at the retail location.
- If you forgot something, please place a new order on the website. During this time we will not accept any returns of any kind due to any possible contamination of products or packaging. No exceptions.
Curbside Pickup Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 am – 2 pm
- When you arrive to pick-up your order please call 775-470-5813 and be prepared to confirm your order number.
- Your order will be placed on the table outside the door with your invoice on the bag and you may then proceed to the pick up area.
- All sales are final and no returns will be accepted per Health Department guidelines.
