Nonsuch is one of the best Nilgiri district teas produced. The Nilgiri area is in Southern Central India and experiences cooler temperatures and abundant rainfall that ensures superb cropping conditions. Generally, Nilgiri teas resemble better Ceylon teas but tend to be somewhat more delicate in their flavor. Nonsuch has a hint of fruitiness that is quite distinct to the Nilgiri area.
Steeping Instructions: 1-1.5 tsp, Boiling Water, 3-4 Minutes

I recently tried the Delicate Assam tea from the Nonsuch Tea Estate and I have to say, it was an absolute delight! The flavor was smooth and delicate, with just the right amount of boldness that you'd expect from a high-quality Assam tea. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water. The tea leaves themselves looked and smelled incredibly fresh, which made for a fantastic cup of tea every time. I found that the tea was perfect for any time of day - whether I was looking for a relaxing morning cup or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Overall, I highly recommend to any tea lover out there.
As a black tea purist, I love how smooth and subtely fruity this Assam is--so good iced too!
