Description
Ingredients:
2 cups ketchup (see recipe for homemade ketchup in sauces if you would like to make your own)
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4cup soy sauce
1 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
4 tablespoons Light Chile Powder
2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard Powder
3 tablespoons Minced Garlic
3 tablespoons Onion Minced
3 tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 pinches of 5-Alarm Fire Sea Salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes stirring often. Pour into mason jar or other container after cooling and refrigerate to preserve. Makes about 4 cups.
