In earlier times, it was claimed that the secret of Golden Monkey tea was that it had to be plucked by the golden monkey which inhabited the forests of Fujian Province centuries ago. Today the plucking process is painstakingly labor intensive and yields a curly, tippy leaf of exceptional quality. A full bodied tea with a slightly sweet finish.
Steeping Instructions: 1-1.5 tsp, Boiling Water, 2-3 Minutes
