Japanese Gyokuro is considered one of the finest green teas in all of Japan. Gyokuro is shade grown and has a unique sweetness and umami. Only first harvest leaves are ever used for Gyokuro to produce its light green color and deep, complex flavor.
Steeping Instructions: 1 Tbs per 6 oz water, 120-140 degrees, 3-4 minutes
