1 teaspoon Ceremonial Grade or Culinary Matcha Green Tea powder
1 cup Almond or other milk alternative or regular milk as you prefer
½ teaspoon Madagascar Vanilla Extract
1–2 teaspoons agave or honey – more or less to taste or 2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Sugar
16 oz. mason jar or similar
In a glass jar, mix the matcha green tea powder with a little bit of water – just enough to form a paste. Stir it up until there are no clumps.
Add the milk, vanilla extract, sweetener and about a half a cup of crushed ice cubes. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until incorporated. Pour over ice cubes in your favorite pretty glass and enjoy!
