Iron Goddess of Mercy - Ti Kwan Yin is our signature Chinese oolong and is highly recommended to the new oolong tea drinker. Iron Goddess is one of China's most popular Oolong teas and is 30-40% oxidized to produce a full-bodied texture, toasty aroma, and a bittersweet chocolate flavor.

Steeping Instructions: 1-1.5 tsp, 190-200 degrees for 2 Minutes

Very light and smooth, as well as fairly sweet. Definitely will be buying this again.

I've been getting more into oolong teas lately, and recently discovered this lovely ti kwan yin. It's full-bodied, roasty, and still quite delicate. A perfect spring tea!
