Korean Black Garlic Burgers

1 ½ Pounds Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons 2 Tablespoons Korean Black Garlic Seasoning
½ Teaspoon Kosher Flake Sea Salt
½ Teaspoon Cracked Black Peppercorns
4 Hamburger Buns
Desired Toppings and Condiments, to garnish


Massage Korean Black Garlic Seasoning into ground beef until well distributed. Divide meat into 4 equal pieces and shape into patties. Place patties on greased grill grates over high heat. Season with half of salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip over.

Season second side with remaining salt and pepper. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes for medium-rare, or to desired temperature, flipping every 3 to 4 minutes if needed. Transfer to hamburger buns while hot. Garnish as desired
