1 heaping teaspoon Salty-Savory-Sweet Fancy Lavender Earl Grey tea
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup milk, frothed - whole or 2% works best but use your preference
1 tsp lavender simple syrup
Lavender Sugar for sprinkling on top!


Lavender Simple Syrup:

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons dried lavender


Prepare one cup of Fancy Lavender Earl Grey tea by placing tea in infuser and pouring boiling water over leaves. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.  While tea is steeping microwave milk for 90 seconds, remove hot milk from microwave and use handheld frother* to add loft to milk and thick foam on top. After achieving light and fluffy froth, add in 1 tsp of lavender syrup and froth a little longer to combine.

Remove infuser from tea cup and slowly, pour hot milk only into tea cup by using a spoon to keep the foam from going in. Once you have added the milk, stir tea gently and spoon the froth on top. Sprinkle Lavender sugar on top of foam and serve immediately.
