Raspberry and Blueberry Green Tea is delightful and crisp. Green tea combined with blueberries, apple pieces and lemongrass to create an incredible green tea that is light in caffeine but heavy on refreshment. Excellent hot and iced.
Steeping Instructions: 1-1.5 tsp, 185 degrees for 2-3 Minutes
Ingredients: Green Tea, Apples, Raspberry Leaf, Lemongrass, Blueberries, Flavoring
I recently tried the Blueberry and Raspberry Green Tea, and it was absolutely delicious! The fruity flavors perfectly complemented the earthy green tea, creating a refreshing and satisfying drink. I appreciate that it's also a healthier option than other sugary beverages. I'll definitely be adding this to my regular rotation of drinks. Five stars!
I'm trying to incorporate more green teas into my pre-workout morning routine; they have a ton more antioxidant power compared to other styles of teas. This one is a nice variety to have on hand, a bit different from the other traditional citrus options (that I also love).
