Description

Although Jun Chiyabari is grown in Nepal, it is certain to delight even the most discerning Darjeeling connoisseur! The cup opens wide with the pointed muscatel bite of a Darjeeling, offset by soft round notes of wheat and moss grounded by good mouth filling astringency. Steeps a beautiful bright and golden coppery cup. A heavenly delight from the rooftop of the world.

Steeping Instructions: 1-1.5 tsp, Boiling Water, 3-5 Minutes

Ingredients: Black Tea from Nepal

I recently tried the Jun Chiyabari tea, and I must say, it was an experience unlike any other! The delicate aroma, the perfect balance of flavors, and the smooth finish all make this tea a true standout. The leaves themselves are beautiful to look at, with a stunning combination of dark and light hues. As a tea enthusiast, I'm always on the hunt for unique and rare teas, and Jun Chiyabari definitely lives up to the hype. The taste is rich and full-bodied, with a slight sweetness that lingers on the tongue. This tea is perfect for both casual sipping and more formal occasions. What really sets Jun Chiyabari apart is the care and expertise that goes into its production. The tea is grown at a high altitude in Nepal and undergoes a meticulous process of handpicking, withering, rolling, and oxidation. The result is a tea that truly showcases the art and science of tea-making. Overall, I would highly recommend Jun Chiyabari to any tea lover looking for a truly exceptional tea experience. It's a rare find that is definitely worth seeking out!

Whenever guests come over, I steep this tea. It is so unique and delightful. Delicate but full of flavor. Hard to put the cup down.
