Their experience in the olive oil business started in the family olive orchards of Provence, France and migrated to the orchards of the Santa Ynez Valley of California. The orchard owners both have graduate degrees from the Food Research Institute at Stanford University and work closely with U.C. Olive Oil to Balsamic Vinegar Ratios
Bread Dippers: mix 2 parts olive oil with 1-part balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon Aglio Olio, Garlic and Herb Seasoning or other blend of your choice.
Mild Salad Dressings/Vinaigrette's: mix 2 parts olive oil with 1-part balsamic vinegar
Bold Salad Dressings: mix equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Marinades: (chicken, pork, beef, seafood, tofu, vegetable); mix equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar
