Our Peach White Balsamic Vinegar is made in Modena, Italy, from local grapes and aged in oak barrels. The peaches are picked perfectly ripe, crushed and left to ferment naturally, then added for a sweet and fruity vinegar with incredible balance that is neither overly tart nor sweet. The ripe peach flavor compliments game meats, all sorts of greens, vegetables and cheeses, apples, peaches, pears and oranges. Try it out on grilled peaches or in sparkling water for a refreshing taste twist!
