This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is blended with real fruit. It combines the best of our flavored and our aged balsamics. It has the complex balsamic flavors of our cask aged balsamic and the delicious richness of crushed raspberries. Ideal for use in salad dressings, drizzled on peaches and nectarines, or in glazes on poultry, excellent as a syrup on ice cream. This balsamic will give you a new appreciation for what a flavored balsamic can be.

Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar, natural raspberry fruit juice. 2 years old. Gluten Free. No artificial flavorings, thickening agents, caramel nor additives added. May contain sulfites.
Storage Conditions - To maximize the shelf life of balsamic vinegar, keep the bottle tightly sealed after opening. Properly stored, balsamic vinegar will generally stay at best quality for about 3 years, but will stay safe indefinitely. Make sure you keep your vinegars in a closed dark bottle, in a cabinet away from sources of heat like your stove. Refrigeration is not necessary.
