1 medium cauliflower, sliced in thick slices
2 tablespoons Harissa Spice Blend
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Preheat the oven to 400° F

In a bowl, mix together the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Harissa Spice Blend to make a paste.

Rub the cauliflower pieces with the paste mixture on both sides.

Place the cauliflower on a lightly greased pan or non-stick baking sheet.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cauliflower is roasted.

Alternatively, you can grill the cauliflower for 3-4 minutes per side turning very carefully.
