Seared Cauliflower with Harissa

1 medium cauliflower, sliced in thick slices
2 tablespoons Harissa Spice Blend
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix together the oil and Harissa Spice Blend to make a paste

Rub the cauliflower pieces with the paste mixture on both sides and place on a lightly greased pan or non-stick baking sheet.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until roasted or grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
