Use as a rub on all types of meats or sprinkle into all your Latin favorites and over vegetables. For marinade mix 4 Tbsp. Adobo with 4 Tbsp. olive oil, 3 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice and mix well. Rub on all sides of the meat, cover and refrigerate for a 2-24 hours for pork and beef and 2 hours for chicken, turning occasionally. Bake or grill meat. Reduced salt and no MSG.
