**Curbside Pickup Update**
Contactless curbside pickup will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm only. You will still need to place your order online and in the shipping tab choose curbside pickup. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. Make sure your email address is correct or you will not get the notification as we do not have the ability to notify you via text.
No substitutions, changing or adding to orders can take place once you arrive. Orders must be placed BEFORE arriving, we will not be taking orders by phone or at the door. If you forgot something, please place a new order on the website.
When you arrive to pick-up your order please call 775-470-5813 and be prepared to confirm your order number. Your order will be placed on the table outside the door with your invoice on the bag and you may then proceed to the pick up area. All sales are final and no returns will be accepted per Health Department guidelines. Thank you for your understanding during this time as we continue to practice physical/ social distancing and all Washoe County Health Department, State of Nevada, FDA, USDA and CDC guidelines to protect ourselves and others.

What is social distancing?
Social distancing, also called “physical distancing,” means keeping space between yourself and other people outside of your home. To practice social or physical distancing:
- Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people
- Do not gather in groups
- Stay out of crowded places and avoid mass gatherings
In addition to everyday steps to prevent COVID-19, keeping space between you and others is one of the best tools we have to avoid being exposed to this virus and slowing its spread locally and across the country and world.
Since people can spread the virus before they know they are sick, it is important to stay away from others when possible, even if you—or they—have no symptoms. Social distancing is especially important for people who are at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19.

We voluntarily chose to temporarily close our retail store effective Monday, March 16th, 2020. On Tuesday, March 17th, 2020, Governor Steve Sisolak directed the closure of all nonessential businesses for 30 days and then extended it again until May 15th. We will continued to comply as the directive changes or is extended as we believe it is our human and community responsibility to be part of the solution to beating this pandemic.
All our products continue to be of the highest quality you have come to expect from us. They were sourced and received prior to any case of COVID-19 being reported. In addition to working with suppliers who stringently source and test all domestic and international products fully upon facility arrival, the CDC has reported there is no evidence that supports the transmission of COVID-19 via food, spices or teas.
We are closely monitoring current COVID-19 developments as well as following all Center of Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommendations.
Our production and store team members are performing additional precautionary sanitation procedures beyond CDC and FDA regulations.
