Sweet Mustard Pork Tenderloin

1 ½ - 2 lb. pork tenderloin unseasoned
1 tablespoon Sweet Mustard Pork & Poultry Rub
1 tablespoon olive oil


Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil and generously season all over with Sweet Mustard Pork & Poultry Rub. Allow to rest for 15 to 30 minutes.

Roast in a 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and roast an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 150, let rest 5 minutes covered until thermometer reaches 160 degrees. Tenderloin will be moist, tender and delicious.

Can be prepared on the grill as well just be careful not to overcook or pork will be dry.
