Description
Borgo de’ Medici Truffle Basil Pesto is prepared in the traditional way, but the sauce is enriched with black truffle, giving this product a strong flavor. Perfect for seasoning pasta, the Truffle Basil Pesto can also be used on top of Pizza or Focaccia.
Truffle Basil Pesto can be added to freshly drained pasta, “al dente”, without needing to be heated. It’s recommended that you toss the seasoned pasta in the pan before serving.
Ingredients: Basil, sunflower oil, potatoes water, cashew nuts, sugar, cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet), natural flavours, artificial flavours, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt), lactic acid as acidity regulator, garlic, pine nuts.
