Flank Steak with Chimichuri Sauce

1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon water
1/2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice – fresh squeezed
3 Tablespoons. Salty-Savory-Sweet Chimichurri Seasoning
2 pounds flank steak


To prepare Chimichurri sauce combine Chimichurri Seasoning, olive oil,  water, vinegar and lemon juice. Mix together and allow flavors to meld together for at least 30 minutes. Serve with grilled steak.

Preheat grill or skillet on medium-high heat, cook flank steak for 3 to 5 minutes on each side depending on steak thickness.

Remove the steak from heat, let rest 5 minutes. Serve thin sliced meat with Chimichurri sauce drizzled over the top.
