Bourbon Barrel-Aged Syrup starts with certified organic pure maple syrup, while it is still hot from the evaporator, that is pumped into used bourbon barrels fresh with the flavor and aroma of the charred white oak barrel and the bourbon that had aged in them previously. Aged for a minimum of three months, allows the syrup to absorb the smoky oak flavor and sweet bourbon of the barrel. This delicious treat is great for use in marinades, pancakes and waffles or in cocktails.
