Three generations of maple producers, located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, tap thousands of trees every spring to produce pure maple syrup. They take tremendous pride in producing and bottling only the highest-quality, certified organic maple syrup.
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Syrup starts with certified organic pure maple syrup, while it is still hot from the evaporator, that is pumped into used bourbon barrels fresh with the flavor and aroma of the charred white oak barrel and the bourbon that had aged in them previously. Aged for a minimum of three months, allows the syrup to absorb the smoky oak flavor and sweet bourbon of the barrel. This delicious treat is great for use in marinades, pancakes and waffles or in cocktails.
Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup is hot packaged with 2 cinnamon sticks and aged to allow the cinnamon flavor to infuse. This artisanally produced syrup gives an added sweet spice to your recipes. The cinnamon flavor enriches the taste of pancakes, waffles, french toast, and breakfast meats.
Vanilla Infused Maple Syrup brings two delicious flavors together in perfect harmony. Organic pure maple syrup and Madagascar vanilla beans give this maple syrup a smooth, sweet flavor from all-natural sources.
