Be the Thanksgiving hero! Brining is the best way to add moisture to lean meat such as turkey and chicken. Our unique blend of herbs and spices combined with Kosher salt and a touch of brown sugar impart a wonderful flavor that when roasted is not salty but savory and juicy. For an average size turkey you will need 3/4 to 1 lb. of bring spices added to about 3 gallons of water. This is the only way I do my holiday bird!
