Dragon Well - Lung Ching, is perhaps China's most famous tea! Dragon Well is known for its chestnut- like and subtly sweet flavor, vegetal aroma, jade green color and distinctive leaf shape. Grown high in the mountains near Hangzhou, this tea is still handpicked and processed with the delicate care as it was 1,500 years ago, in spring, the top two leaves of the plant are harvested and then pan-fried and folded into its distinctive sword-like shape.
