This balsamic has all the subtle flavors of a well-aged bourbon like strong notes of vanilla, a fruity spiciness and even the subtle effects of aging in charred barrels. When used in cooking, think of it as a great ingredient wherever you might want the vanilla and fruit flavors imparted by bourbon without the overpowering alcohol flavors.

Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, bourbon, bourbon flavors. Alcohol content: 0.05% No artificial flavorings, thickening agents, caramel nor additives added. May contain sulfites.
Storage Conditions - To maximize the shelf life of balsamic vinegar, keep the bottle tightly sealed after opening. Properly stored, balsamic vinegar will generally stay at best quality for about 3 years, but will stay safe indefinitely. Make sure you keep your vinegars in a closed dark bottle, in a cabinet away from sources of heat like your stove. Refrigeration is not necessary.
