Inspired by the bountiful Northwest region, where salmon thrives and culinary excellence flourishes, this recipe showcases a perfectly cooked salmon fillet, seasoned with our aromatic Northwest Salmon Rub. 1 - 1 ½ to 2-pound salmon fillet
3 tablespoons Northwest Salmon Rub Blend
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Rub the salmon lightly all over with olive oil and season generously with Northwest Salmon Rub.

Place the salmon, skin side down, on a foil-lined baking sheet in the upper third of the oven.

Roast the salmon until it is just cooked through, about 12 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
