1 – 1 ½ to 2 pound salmon fillet
3 Tbsp. Northwest Salmon Rub Blend
1 tablespoon Arbequina Mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Rub salmon lightly all over with olive oil and season generously with Northwest Salmon Rub.
Roast skin side down, on a foil-lined baking sheet in upper third of oven until fish is just cooked through, about 12 minutes. Enjoy!
